The tiny home is located in a very clean and accommodating RV park. My family and I enjoyed and appreciated the outdoor pool, playground, and dog park/area. Getting into downtown couldn’t have been simpler, as it’s a straight shot down the road (but still driving distance). The home itself was comfortable, even with 2 adults, a toddler, and dog. There was plenty of sleeping and sitting areas, kitchen supplies, and a surprisingly spacious bathroom. Had some issues adjusting water temperature in the shower and kitchen sink, but it didn’t bother us enough to make an inquiry during our stay.

We had such a wonderful stay in this sweet tiny home. Everything was just perfect from cleanliness, to location and convenience. Shari and Todd were wonderful hosts. Will definitely be back for another stay and will recommend to friends and family.

We loved our stay at Todd and Shari’s tiny house. Such thoughtful detail put into the house. The RV Park it was in was very clean, quiet, and convenient to town. We would definitely recommend it for a nice comfortable place to stay.

The tiny house was exactly like the pictures. Shari has the house decorated very shabby chic. We loved the house but not the location. I would not choose an RV park as my first choice but the park had a lot to offer anyone staying with children. Shari and Todd tried to give us options to deal with the loud noise that an RV park offers. The location wasn’t Kerrville but still close enough to enjoy the winery and antique shops.

I experienced three days of Tiny House bliss. Beautiful vintage rustic barn decor top to bottom. I also experienced warmth and love within these walls. Will I be back for more? Definitely! Thank you Shari and Todd for this once in a lifetime experience of Tiny (not so Tiny) House living. It was absolutely incredible. Much Love, Burda

Surprised my beautiful bride with a romantic getaway to this adorable Vintage Tiny House in the Hill Country. It has a rustic, country barnhouse theme with sliding barn doors for the bathroom and master bedroom. There is also a cute little loft upstairs. They thought of every detail to add vintage charm including distressed wood, stained glass windows and even all of the lights bulbs are those vintage bulbs. The hosts were super friendly and very communicable. We love the hill country and being very close to Kerrville and Fredericksburg. We absolutely loved everything, and I mean everything, except we aren’t fans of RV parks. This particular RV Park is very clean and has tons of very nice amenities and was also right on the Guadalupe River which was also nice. That said, we still dont like being so close to other people that being in a RV park entails. For us, it can be the nicest 5 Star RV Park our there (and this one must be close to that) but it’s still an RV Park with constant traffic, golf carts and other people’s conversations. Needless to say, my wife is in love with the place and now I have to find a way to talk her out of getting one for herself.
