“thank you for your voluntary service to our community. as school board members, you play an important role and I’m sure it’s been a difficult year for you too. like i stated in the last meeting, i applaud each one of you for removing the mask mandate and requiring parental consent before a minor can take a “vaccine”.
We have a sophomore at Tivy and unfortunately, we have had an experience that led us to look at possibly filing a claim against each man and woman holding these titles listed on this notice of liability because we believe the Nuremberg Code has been violated.
The reason we are considering this is because of the vaccine clinic hosted by Tivy at the school gym twice so far this fall and inviting the national guard to administer a medical experiment to our children. As you can see on the material I provided, laws are being broken and this “vaccine” poses risk to every child that has taken it or will take it. It remains to be determined if this action constitutes “recommending a medical experiment to minors”. It is only a medical experiment which is risky at best; it appears imminent harm will come to all who take it .
In fact, over 1,000 lawyers and over 10,000 medical experts led by Dr. Reiner Fuellmich have filed a lawsuit against the CDC, WHO & the Davos Group for crimes against humanity. Under Article 32 of the 1949 Geneva Convention IV. The “experimental” vaccine is in violation of all 10 of the Nuremberg Codes which carry the death penalty. Today I request something new, I would like to create an agreement with each of you to protect our children. There are those out there who are using this event in our country as an opportunity to get more power for themselves. They have an agenda and we must stop this agenda for the sake of our children. For example, New York is offering incentives like AirPods and scholarships, enticing youth to take the vaccine. this is sick and wrong and must never be allowed here in our state.

Hudson, Ohio Mayor Craig Shubert made the statement during a board of education meeting after multiple parents complained about the content of some writing prompts contained in a book called “642 Things to Write About” provided to high school students enrolled in a college credit course called Writing in the Liberal Arts II.
Parents said there was a prompt that asked students to “write a sex scene you wouldn’t show your mom,” and another which said “rewrite the sex scene from above into one that you’d let your mom read.”
Another prompt asked students to drink a beer and describe how it tastes. Parents said they felt these writing prompts and others were not appropriate for high school students.
One speaker said he was “appalled” by the content and requested that cameras be put into the classroom so parents could monitor what is being taught to their children. Another speaker said the material was “disgusting” and that it amounted to “grooming.”
In a prepared statement, Superintendent Phil Herman said the “inappropriate and offensive writing prompts” were part of a supplemental resource used in the high school senior-level College Credit Plus writing sections.
“The district immediately determined this writing resource should not be in the hands of our students, and on Monday, collected the books from the students enrolled in the course,” Herman said. “It is important to note that at no time were any of these inappropriate writing prompts assigned as part of the class.”
High school principal Brian Wilch said the class is offered in association with Hiram College but is taught at the high school. He also said the “642 Things” book has been used in the past.
Wilch told the board Monday that he and his administrative team apologized to the students’ parents. The school is searching for replacement material that is suitable for high school students, he said.
“We did not exercise due diligence when we reviewed this resource and as a result, we overlooked several writing prompts among the 642 that are not appropriate for our high school audience,” Wilch said. “We feel terrible. At no time were any of these inappropriate prompts selected or discussed, but still they were there and they were viewable, and you can’t unsee them.”
Shubert on Monday night gave the board an ultimatum.
“It has come to my attention that your educators are distributing essentially what is child pornography in the classroom,” Shubert told the board. “I’ve spoken to a judge this evening. She’s already confirmed that. So I’m going to give you a simple choice: You either choose to resign from this board of education or you will be charged.”
His statement was met with cheers and applause from many of the audience members.
The mayor said he would like to see all five members resign by the end of the month.
It’s not clear whether the board can be held criminally liable for material that was being used in a class.
“We’ve never heard of criminal charges [filed against a school board] for curriculum,” said Ralph Lusher, staff attorney with the Ohio School Boards Association.
While emphasizing he is not familiar with the Hudson Board of Education’s process to approve curriculum, Lusher said school boards typically have a process where curriculum is reviewed by committees before it comes before the board for its approval. He said he believes it’s “unlikely that something would get to them that is of such moral turpitude that it would bring criminal charges.”
Lusher said Ohio state House Bill 110 — which takes effect Sept. 30 — will require school districts to have parents of high school students sign permission slips for College Credit Plus classes. The Ohio Departments of Education and Higher Education are working together to create a permission slip that will notify parents about mature subject material that could be part of the College Credit Plus course. There is not currently such a requirement.
Herman said an independent investigation is underway “to determine how these supplemental materials were reviewed and approved, and if any additional action should be taken.”
“It is clear that as a district we did not properly review this resource, and for that, we sincerely apologize,” he said. “We take great pride in the instructional experience of our students and take very seriously anything that negatively impacts our mission to provide an educational program that provides for the development of each child in a safe, nurturing environment.
“Again, we are reviewing our approval processes to make sure that nothing similar happens in the future.”

Reduces transmission of the virus This gene-therapy still permits the transmission of the virus as it offers zero immunity to the virus.

Nuremberg Code #1: Voluntary Consent is Essential
No person should be forced to take a medical experiment without informed consent. Many media, political and non-medical persons are telling people to take the shot. They offer no information as to the adverse effects or dangers of this gene-therapy. All you hear from them is – “ safe and effective” and “ benefits outweigh the risks.” Countries are using lockdowns, duress and threats to force people to take this vaccine or be prohibited to participate in free society under the mandate of a Vaccine Passport or Green Pass. During the Nuremberg trials, even the media was prosecuted and members were put to death for lying to the public, along with many of the doctors and Nazis found guilty of Crimes Against Humanity.
Nuremberg Code #2: Yield Fruitful Results Unprocurable By Other Means
As listed above, the gene-therapy does not meet the criteria of a vaccine and does not offer immunity to the virus. There are other medical treatments that yield fruitful results against Covid such as Ivermectin, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Zinc and boosted immune systems for flu and colds.
Nuremberg Code #3: Base Experiments on Results of Animal Experimentation and Natural History of Disease
This gene therapy skipped animal testing and went straight to human trials. In mRNA research that Pfizer used – a candidate study on mRNA with rhesus macaques monkeys using BNT162b2 mRNA and in that study all the monkeys developed pulmonary inflammation but the researchers considered the risk low as these were young healthy monkeys from the age of 2-4. Israel has used Pfizer and the International Court of Law has accepted a claim for 80% of the recipients having pulmonary inflammation from being injected with this gene-therapy. Despite this alarming development Pfizer proceeded to develop their mRNA for Covid without animal testing.
Nuremberg Code #4: Avoid All Unnecessary Suffering and Injury
Since the rollout of the experiment and listed under the CDC VAERS reporting system over 4,000 deaths and 50,000 vaccine injuries have been reported in America. In the EU over 7,000 deaths and 365,000 vaccine injuries have been reported. This is a grievous violation of this code.
Nuremberg Code #5: No Experiment to be Conducted if There’s Reason to Think Injury or Death Will Occur
See #4, based on fact-based medical data this gene-therapy is causing death and injury. Past research on mRNA also shows several risks that have been ignored for this current trial gene-experiment. More than 1,000 lawyers and 10,000 medical experts have initiated legal proceedings against the CDC, WHO and Davos Group for Crimes Against Humanity in CV-19 testing.
1) The CDC Director said on live TV that vaccines CAN’T PREVENT the transmission of the virus.
2) There has been no proof that SARS-CoV-2 has been isolated in a lab, therefore, no proof that this virus EXISTS as stated by numerous health officials but we still have had to endure numerous restrictions and lockdowns over the last year.
3) The phantom virus has an average 99.9x survival rate for everyone but senior citizens (who are about 95%).
4) The flu, something seniors have been vulnerable to for decades, dropped 99.99% from 2019-2020 flu season (38,000,000) to 2020-2021 flu season (1822). Where did the flu go after all those years? Was it replaced?
5) Masks have been scientifically proven to NOT work at preventing transmission of the phantom virus. But they have facilitated other health problems for those wearing them.
6) The PCR test, used to determine the presence of the virus that HASN’T been isolated, is being used at a cycle rate (above 35) that produces over 97% false positives, and the inventor, Mr. Kary B. Mullis, stared before his untimely death in 2019, that Fauci was a fraud and the the PCR test should never be used as a tool in the “diagnosis of infectious diseases.” He also stated human beings are “full of retrovirus…” and a PCR test at a high enough cycle rate will pick up any viral matter, but retroviruses “never killed anyone before”.
7) VAERS reports have been manipulated, once reported at near 12,000 by CDD, but adjusted to near 6,000 through statistical sleight of hand. Some government whistleblowers have reported that over 45,000 have died from the vaccine. For context, they shut down the vaccine program for Swine Flu after 25% of the population was vaccinated and 53 people died. And don’t forget, it’s been shown that only 1 to 10% of people ever report a side effect.
8) At one point in 2020, the CDC quietly admitted that only 6% of the reported deaths from the phantom virus were from the virus itself, with the other 94% being due to underlying comorbidities. They scrubbed that admission not long after.
9) It’s been reported from whistleblowers inside hospitals, that there is no “code” for adverse reactions to the vaccine, as there has been for other vaccines using their widely utilized international coding system. This would also suppress already alarming VAERS data.
10) The injection has never been FDA approved, is experimental, and not actually a “vaccine” (it’s gene therapy) since it doesn’t actually prevent contraction or transmission of the phantom, never isolated virus.
11) Reported variants (delta, lambda, and more to come) are now being traced back to the vaccinated, which if true, makes them the “super spreaders”, but of what? The spike protein has been largely implicated as a potential “shedder”, potentially making the vaccinated the REAL pandemic.
