Update: mask mandate lifted for Abilene schools!

Hi Steve,

My son, Andrew Snyder, is a freshman. Thank you for your service to the. He is thriving at Wylie High, despite the mask mandates and high fear culture our society instills. We moved into the area last year. We are grateful for the conservative values we see in the city, schools, teachers, etc.

I understand you and the board will make the final decision re. The mask ? mandate that has been lifted by the Governor. I understand TEA May make a ruling but that you ultimately decide for this area. The mask mandate is completely unlawful and violates the constitutional rights of any American citizen.

I have done 100 plus hours of research on Covid and can provide the data that proves the science behind masks to protect from a virus is a complete myth!  It is indeed very harmful to the students psychologically and physically. These children will already be scarred for life and if you choose to continue with this harmful protocol, you will surely have lawsuits follow.

Children learn and grow socially by reading faces of teachers and friends. This has been stolen from them during formative years. Studies have proven Over and over that Children are very low risk.

You hold the power to do good and help right this terrible wrong In our society today.

If children want to volunteer to wear masks, let them. But please do not require it.

Even OSHA will not allow a worker to wear a mask more than 2 hours Because it is scientifically unsafe to their body. They need fresh oxygen not recycled exhaust fumes to be healthy, for a strong immunity and dental health.

All mask wearers are supposed to change it every 30 minutes!  Masks do not slow the spread; they cause bacterial pneumonia which is being labeled Covid.

I would like to speak to you at your earliest convenience and provide the scientific data for the board to make an educated decision not based on false media fear mongers who will be held responsible legally for spreading lies about many many things, but their lies about Covid affect our children today and we must protect them from physical and psychological harm!
