Government goes to those who show up – and the other side is now engaged and actively working against conservatives. Judge Kelly and Democrats have been on a full court press to spend these funds and to gin up excuses to keep ARPA funds.
From the intelligence we’ve gathered, the majority of the commissioners are not anxious to send the funds back but want to delay action. Their tactic is to punt, claiming they want to wait until the courts rule on the vaccine mandates, strings attached to federal ARPA funds, etc.
They need to get the message:
We don’t want these funds, period, and federal strings notwithstanding, Biden will see to it that we must bow to their radical agenda to keep them.
Have the courts taken care of the election problems from 2020?
Have they consistently ruled to restore our liberties, protect our border, and restrain federal overreach?
The answer is mixed results at best, and ‘no’ to most of those questions. We cannot rely on the courts to do the right thing or rescue us. Keeping these funds opens the door to a federal takeover of Kerr County, period.
There’s too many unknowns and they’re missing the fundamental point of how these funds raise the level of spending permanently (which means tax hikes follow). There is no free money. We — the local, state and federal taxpayer — are on the hook for it one way or the other.

Please know all of your personal assets will be at risk for the CLAIMS I will file if necessary, The Harm that could follow by keeping this money could easily accumulate to millions, far more than the interest you are hoping to keep from Bidens ten million dollars,
I agree with Richard king, we need a public forum, a town hall meeting, held at a large facility like the ag barn, held after 5 pm for the working men and women,
This potential claim has no time limit and as a man or woman and you do not have to hold any current office or title to be personally liable,
In closing, I will not hold you liable if you vote to send Bidens money, ARPA, back.
