I’ve been passionately teaching about gut health for 20 years, helping people get results!
It’s how I overcame Epstein Barr Virus in my 20s?
Last week, a mother called me to help her 2 year old with chronic constipation.
Did you also know that that gut heath is directly linked to a healthy reproductive organ and a healthy sex life?
The gut and estrobolome play a large role in how active estrogen enters the body.
? A healthy gut microbiome helps keep estrogen levels balance
? an unhealthy gut can lead to estrogen dominance in both men and women
? A sluggish gut increases the amount of time estrogen can be re-activated by the microbiome.
Estrogen dominance can cause many problems in both male and female.
Symptoms in women:
Low sex drive
Irregular menstrual periods
bloating
mood swings
Weight gain
Brain fog
Fatigue
insomnia
PMS
Symptoms in men:
Loss of libido
Low sperm count
Breast enlargement
Infertility
Living a high stress lifestyle and an unhealthy diet can lead to these symptoms.
??Estrogen levels can affect IBS symptoms through the gut-brain axis. For example, high estrogen can cause the balls to be sluggish.
?? leaky gut can negatively impact reproductive health and 611 balance in both women and men.
?? got health and PCOS can influence each other. Inflammation increases testosterone, which can lead to:
? physical effects: Weight gain, PMS symptoms, hair loss, decreased/absent ovulation
? metabolic effects, including blood sugar in balance and insulin resistance
Support estrogen balance with Gut health:
1. Eat for improved gut function.
– Increase fiber intake. I highly recommend
fiberwise daily. This product changed my life.
– take a daily supplement of pro/prebiotic. I recommend Florify. High quality.
– explore fermented foods.
2. Decrease exposure to xenoestrogens.
– Play detective to find hidden plastics.
– filter water.
– opt for organic
– research skin care products, make up, and cleaning supplies for harmful chemicals.
3. Crowd out refined sugar
– extra sugar is stored as fat cells, which excrete estrogen
– excess carbohydrate consumption can raise insulin, which can lead to PCOS
4. Eat foods that support healthy liver function – Moore vegetables especially crucifer our veggies
– reduce excess body fat.
– Foster a healthy Microbiome
– engage in regular physical activity
I hope this will help you move towards overall heath and wellness. My goal as a heath coach is to help you get healthy, so that you can fight disease and weight gain.
